I wish to extend my thanks and appreciation to the staff who worked with my cousin, E.G.
After his hospitalization, E. was in your facility from January 6 to February 9, 2018. Thanks to the care he received, he was able to return home and he continues his life as previously. He is now almost 95.
As I have visited E. frequently and at different times of the day, I was able observe the staff as they worked, and they should be commended!
I would appreciate you letting the staff involved in E.’s care know they were mentioned in this letter and that their helpfulness was noted and appreciated.
Obviously, you as the Director, have set a commendable atmosphere and high standards for your staff to follow.
My brother Paul (President of Resident Council) was a resident at Fulton Commons for more than nine years. I live in Washington State and I spoke with him every weekend until two days before he died. I wish to thank all of his caregivers and the rest of the staff including those that had no direct contact with him. I suppose he could have complained about minor things that occurred during his lengthy stay but he chose not to do so. What he had was high praise for all of you good folks and I want to echo those sentiments.
May God Bless you all.
My mother is M, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank both you and your staff for providing the Fulton Commons residents and their families with the “Family Picnic Day”. It certainly was apparent that all of you worked so very hard to ensure the success of the event. It was beautiful, the music was great, the food was delicious, and the staff gave it their all. I especially want to thank all of you, and acknowledge the fact that you gave up your weekend family time to be with our family – it meant so much.
Once again, thank you for being my mother’s “extended family” during such a precious time in her life. Her caregivers at Fulton Commons are truly wonderful and very dedicated in providing the best care possible.
To all of the beautiful staff on the Second Floor East – Thank you so much for taking care of my beautiful mother. As you probably know, my heart is broken, and I miss her more than words can say. I hope to visit one day and say thank you in person whenever I can get over to Fulton Commons. God bless all of you as you continue to take care of your patients.
