Hi – my brother was a resident at Fulton Commons, He was in the final stages of Alzheimer’s. From the second we arrived, he and my family were treated with the utmost respect. Any request we had was taken care of immediately. The care he received was exemplary. The staff took care of him like he was their own relative. They kept him comfortable until the very end. Everyone – the nurses, the doctors ands the rest of the staff – cold not have been kinder to all of us. Fulton Commons is very clean and the care is tip notch and when my brother passes we all cried including the staff. If I need a nursing home, I know where I want to be.
Dear Mrs. Doyle – Thank you for the love and care that my aunt, EPA, received at your facility. I was amazed at the cleanliness and the cheerful environment when I arrived from Florida. Your staff was CARING, THOUGHTFUL AND SYMPATHETIC. Your team is to be commended because to my aunt, even though she was not responsive, were terrific. I have never been in a senior facility that showered the elders with such tender care. My aunt could not have been at a better facility. Fulton Commons is not an institution but a community of elders who love one another and their caregivers. So, again, thank you and may God bless FCCC. Warm regards,
Dear Mrs. Doyle, My family and I want to thank you as we knew Brian was in good hands. Thank you all for your compassion and many kindnesses. We will always be grateful, Sincerely
To All Fulton Commons Staff – Thank you for your excellent care of our Poppy (Joe). He struggled this past year but was in good hands in the end. Again, thanks,
My mother is M, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank both you and your staff for providing the Fulton Commons residents and their families with the “Family Picnic Day”. It certainly was apparent that all of you worked so very hard to ensure the success of the event. It was beautiful, the music was great, the food was delicious, and the staff gave it their all. I especially want to thank all of you, and acknowledge the fact that you gave up your weekend family time to be with our family – it meant so much.
Once again, thank you for being my mother’s “extended family” during such a precious time in her life. Her caregivers at Fulton Commons are truly wonderful and very dedicated in providing the best care possible.
I want to thank everyone at Fulton Commons Care Center for taking care of my wife for the past 6 years.
She passed away on April 10, 2011, and I want to express my gratitude for the care and attention that my wife received under your care. It was always comforting to know that whatever questions I had were always answered, and the support that you gave me is profoundly appreciated.
I will always remember all of you for taking care of my wife. May God bless all of you and your families with health and happiness
I wish to extend my thanks and appreciation to the staff who worked with my cousin, E.G.
After his hospitalization, E. was in your facility from January 6 to February 9, 2018. Thanks to the care he received, he was able to return home and he continues his life as previously. He is now almost 95.
As I have visited E. frequently and at different times of the day, I was able observe the staff as they worked, and they should be commended!
I would appreciate you letting the staff involved in E.’s care know they were mentioned in this letter and that their helpfulness was noted and appreciated.
Obviously, you as the Director, have set a commendable atmosphere and high standards for your staff to follow.
To all of the beautiful staff on the Second Floor East – Thank you so much for taking care of my beautiful mother. As you probably know, my heart is broken, and I miss her more than words can say. I hope to visit one day and say thank you in person whenever I can get over to Fulton Commons. God bless all of you as you continue to take care of your patients.
My brother Paul (President of Resident Council) was a resident at Fulton Commons for more than nine years. I live in Washington State and I spoke with him every weekend until two days before he died. I wish to thank all of his caregivers and the rest of the staff including those that had no direct contact with him. I suppose he could have complained about minor things that occurred during his lengthy stay but he chose not to do so. What he had was high praise for all of you good folks and I want to echo those sentiments.
May God Bless you all.
I just can’t thank you enough…
Thank you all for your kindness treating my mother. I want to thank all of the aides, Marie, Stanley and Ed. I will always remember…
Thank you so much for your note of sympathy for the passing of my mom. We appreciate the care she received while she was a resident there.
There are no words that can express how grateful we are for your kindness to R.L. and our family during his stay at Fulton Commons.
R. was a great guy, loved by all of us.
You were so wonderful, professional; we could not have asked for a better place to oversee his needs. You were all so kind and always had a smile for R. and for us, always checking on him and engaging us in conversation.
Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making a very difficult time a little easier to cope with.
